Patient Offers Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional offers listed below. By accessing or using these offers, patients acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
Eligibility
- Offers are available to new and existing patients of Austral Smiles, unless otherwise specified.
- Age-restricted offers are applicable only to patients who meet the specified age requirement at the time of their appointment.
- Offers are non-transferable and limited to one use per patient.
Expiry and Availability
- All offers are valid until 30 June 2026, unless otherwise stated or withdrawn earlier.
- Offers are subject to appointment availability.
Offers Included
a. Check-Up and Clean Package
- $170 or No Gap (standard private fee: $280)
- Includes exam, scale and clean, and two digital bitewing radiograph X-rays
- $250 or No Gap if panoramic OPG is included (standard private fee: $350)
- “No Gap” available for patients with eligible health fund cover and sufficient benefits. See Section 5 for details.

- $150 or bulk billed (if eligible under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule – CDBS)

- Take-Home Teeth Whitening – $399 (standard private fee: $599)
- In-Chair Teeth Whitening – $499 (standard private fee: $799)
- Whitening results vary between individuals. Risks may include tooth sensitivity or gum irritation. A consultation is required before treatment.
- Performed by a registered general dentist. See Section 7 for the names of practitioners and their AHPRA registration numbers.

- Custom-made dental crowns – $1500 (standard private fee: $1800)
- Crown suitability and outcomes vary between patients. A dental consultation is required to assess your needs and determine appropriate care.

- Standard private consultation fee: $90
- Includes a discussion with a registered general dentist to explore available treatment options. May include a limited examination, depending on the service. Diagnostic imaging (e.g. X-rays) is not included.
- Available to new and existing patients considering braces or clear aligner treatment.
- Consultation provided by a registered dentist and includes: comprehensive orthodontic assessment, discussion of suitable treatment options, OPG (panoramic X-ray), lateral cephalometric X-rays, and intraoral and extraoral photographs.
- Valid until 28 February 2026. Additional treatment will be subject to standard fees.
- This promotion is available for bookings until 28 February 2026.
- Treatment can be scheduled through to 31 March 2026.
- Gift vouchers purchased under this promotion are valid until 31 March 2026.
- Available for all patients (new and existing) aged 18 years and over.
- This promotion can be combined with other promotional offers where applicable.
- Health fund benefits may be claimed, promotional prices already reflect a discount, and no-gap arrangements do not apply. Patients are responsible for any gap between the promotional price and their health fund benefit
- A full consultation is required before any whitening procedure to assess suitability. Treatment proceeds at the dentist’s discretion following clinical assessment.
- Some dental conditions may make whitening unsuitable—this will be discussed during your consultation.
- Prices include consultation, treatment as specified, and aftercare instructions.
Terms of Use
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or payment plan.
- Non-redeemable for cash or any other service.
Health Fund Clarification
- For “No Gap” offers, patients must have an eligible health fund policy with sufficient benefits remaining.
- Patients are encouraged to confirm their level of cover with their health fund before booking.
- Austral Smiles is not responsible for out-of-pocket costs where fund limits are exceeded.
Scope of Offers
- Offers are limited to the services specifically described.
- Additional or follow-up diagnostic tests or treatments will incur standard private fees.
