a. Check-Up and Clean Package

• $170 or No Gap (standard private fee: $280)
• Includes exam, scale and clean, and two digital bitewing radiograph X-rays
• $250 or No Gap if panoramic OPG is included (standard private fee: $350)
• “No Gap” available for patients with eligible health fund cover and sufficient benefits. See Section 5 for details.

b. Kids’ Dental Check-Up & Clean

• For patients under 17 years
• $150 or bulk billed (if eligible under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule – CDBS)
• Standard private fee: $200. Actual costs may vary depending on clinical needs.
• Includes exam, scale and clean, and two digital bitewing radiograph X-rays
• $250 or No Gap if panoramic OPG is included (standard private fee: $350)
• No Gap available only with an eligible health fund cover and sufficient benefits. See Section 5 for full terms.

c. Professional Teeth Whitening Options

• Take-Home Teeth Whitening – $399 (standard private fee: $599)
• In-Chair Teeth Whitening – $499 (standard private fee: $799)
• Whitening results vary between individuals. Risks may include tooth sensitivity or gum irritation. A consultation is required before treatment.
• Performed by a registered general dentist. See Section 7 for the names of practitioners and their AHPRA registration numbers.

d. Custom Dental Crowns

• Custom-made dental crowns – $1500 (standard private fee: $1800)
• Crown suitability and outcomes vary between patients. A dental consultation is required to assess your needs and determine appropriate care.

e. No-Cost Initial Consultation (Implants, Braces, Clear Aligners)

• Standard private consultation fee: $90
• Includes a discussion with a registered general dentist to explore available treatment options. May include a limited examination, depending on the service. Diagnostic imaging (e.g. X-rays) is not included.
